Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,

if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is a straight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

Can a payday loan company take my social security check to pay off loan?

wrote check for $500 could not pay back got sick could not go back in to buy back so i closed my checking account because i could not pay back the bank fees %26amp; fees to them .

Can a payday loan company take my social security check to pay off loan?
You should want to use your check to pay it off because you're just digging yourself into a bigger debt. Payday loans are a ripp off. Learn from this mistake

Reply:Social Security is protected from people who want to collect debts. The bank usually does not do a good job of protecting the money, so don't count on them. Open a second account at a different bank for your social security only. Then use your old account for everyday things.
Reply:hmmm i am not sure but that kind of stuff does show on your credit report! and i bet they can search for you by ssn and maybe find out who you currently bank with... of the bank will get you for writing a hot check!

Is anybody else disgusted with those payday loan stores?

Their only purpose is the suck the communities dry.

Is anybody else disgusted with those payday loan stores?
YES.. I can't STAND those stores.. I worked for one for a little over a year, and I quit because I really got to know my customers and I just could not bear to see such nice people getting screwed over every two weeks or month on their loan.. (Not everyone that goes to those stores are "white trash" as I have heard many people say..) The stores should be illegal.. And what's worse.. The company I used to work for had us pass out these little flyer things that said "We really want you to pay off the loan because a Payday Loan is a TEMPORARY solution to your cash problems only.." Yet they would sent people promotions and have us talk people into coming back in for repeat business.. It's ridiculous..

Reply:I agree! Unfortunatly, there will always be the less fortunate who get sucked into their web. The most we can do is educate the public... People should realize that the borrower is SLAVE to the lender! That goes for ALL borrowing, not just payday loan stores, which are huge rip-offs!
Reply:You are right. There is a way to get back at them though :)

I know how to get a loan and never pay it back, or just pay back the principle. They never file criminal charges or take you to court because it is easy- they don't want everyone figuring it out :)
Reply:No, people don't have to use them. They're offering a service to people who obviously need it, or at least want it. If a person is responsible with their money they shouldn't have to use these companies.
Reply:In all they are nothing more then loan sharks no matter how you look at it and now the gov finds it fit to blame theme and the sub prime loans for are economy fact is if you can't pay out of pocket for a while you need to just wait because these loan sharks are after your blood and they just don't care its a job.

Does anyone no of any good payday loan places in west seattle,or burien?`?

i need cash today,i am trying to get a payday loan.i have everything i need for one,i just need a place close buy my house. between west seattle and burien

Does anyone no of any good payday loan places in west seattle,or burien?`?
There is no such thing as a good Payday loan. They are all crooked. Borrow from anybody but not them. I would die first before I would borrow from them. I laugh every time somebody files bankruptcy and wipes out a payday loan.

Also, a good resource is...

Best of luck to you.
Reply:Stop, you will be sucking yourself into a great big hole. With no way out! DONT DO IT!
Reply:Before you rush to do a search for “payday loan online” there are a few things you should know about how these types of loans work and what alternatives are available. A payday loan is a short term small-balance loan that is intended to tide you over till your next payday arrives. They can be conveniently%26lt;!--obtained as payday loans do not require a credit check. If all you have are a checking account and two recent paychecks, you may be a customer. But there’s a price. You may find a payday loan here,

Whether you are applying online or in person, you must at least have a checking account. Payday lenders will require you to write them a postdated check for the loan amount plus the finance charges. In exchange for the high risk loans, payday lenders charge a fixed fee for a fixed period, usually fourteen days and if you--%26gt;happen to miss the fourteen day deadline, there’s a penalty fee that is added to your charges along with another set of fees to roll over the loan through another period.
Reply:There is no such thing as a "good" payday loan place.

Don't start digging that hole. Figure out some other way. Late fees would be a lot cheaper than the interest on that payday loan.
Reply:DON'T DO IT!!!
Reply:all i can say is...don't do it...they are the biggest rip offs and IF something happens and you can't pay them back as agreed they will wreak havoc on your life!!!!!
Reply:Since today is Friday and you are asking this question, I assume you are not getting paid today. Payday lenders will rip you off and they are best to avoid. Do you have anything to sell or pawn that will get you the cash you need today? I would like to believe that you need the money for a good cause - food, gas to get to work, or rent - and not to buy something like a Wii, gamble, HDTV, the latest game for your xbox, liquor, or drugs.

If what you need the funds for is a good cause, contact your friends and family to see what they can do for you.

I'm going to preach now - read at your own peril: You need to have a savings program that puts aside three months' expenses. Using a payday lender is not the way to do it. You need to build up your credit rating so you can join and go to a credit union when you need funds beyond your usual income.
Reply:Try to avoid payday loan. You can also apply online for one if you really have to and if you think you will be able to pay off your loan on time.

Route 66 funding. it takes 2 days and it's very hassle free.

You'll want to research this some more....

Have a nice day.
Reply:You really don't want to get a payday loan - those are the absolute WORST loans to get - they have ridiculous interest rates - some as high as 100%
Reply:Bad Credit Does Not Mean You Cannot Get A Loan. One of the most popular resources for researching bad credit loans is the internet. Almost all lenders have web sites that provide guidelines and information about their bad credit loan programs, and some even offer online%26lt;!--application processes. As noted above, though, don’t fill out large numbers of applications or you may damage your credit rating further. One way to avoid this is to use an independent loans brokerage, who will make applications on your behalf only where they know you are likely to be successful. You may find a bad credit loan here,

http://best-loans.awardspace.com/

Do some research before you submit any loan applications. Check out several lenders, ask about their interest rates and loan terms, and find out more about their loan process. Be careful, though, not to submit a flurry of applications in a short period of time. Activity such as this can actually--%26gt;make your credit rating worse, so make sure you learn as much as possible about each lender’s program before deciding whether or not to complete an application. You can also work with an independent loan broker to help determine which lenders have programs that fit your individual circumstances.

Reply:There are times when we all run out of money and if there is no other way of raising the money then a payday loan might be the only answer.

Yes, they charge a fee $30 - $50 (?) but don't get hung up about this. If you are absolutely sure to pay the money back when it's due, this is all you'll have to pay. The problem people get into is when they DON'T pay it back when due.

There are quite a lot of places where you can get a payday loan online, and you are quite right to check them out at BBB. Here's a website

Is there options for Georiga Payday Loan?

Currently working, but I have a emergency. Any options in Georgia?

Is there options for Georiga Payday Loan?
Georgia outlawed payday loan companies a few years ago. Lucky for you. Figure out some other way to deal with your emergency. Payday loans make loan sharks look good.

Pawn something, collect aluminum cans, mow some lawns -- if you look hard there's some other way to get that emergency money.

What happens if I dont pay back a Payday Advance Loan?

I wrote the check to the payday advance but now Im broke and wont be able to pay it.

I know that it will go to collections. But what happens after that. Will they actually take me to court for $500? Their attorney cost more than that. Will it ever actually become a criminal charge?

What happens if I dont pay back a Payday Advance Loan?
i never paid them back all they will do is harrass you but changing your phone number will take care of that you,ll also have to do something about your bank account because they will keep running your check getting you those bounced check fees i changed banks, but as far as you getting in trouble with the law they don,t want to go there because their interests rates aren,t legal
Reply:Pay what you owe, then you won't have to worry!

Also, don't borrow from those places under any circumstances. They are a complete ripoff and will only make your problems worse!
Reply:i heard if you dont pay them they will break your knees.
Reply:Have you tried calling them or visiting them? Sometimes they will give a extension if you have a good reason. I don't think you should try "not" paying it. They will just cash your check. Some banks, like mine, might even just pay it and then place your account in the neg. Then they get to add fees for everything so you can never pay that amount off. Good Luck!
Reply:To begin, usually they make you fill out some type of credit application that contains your employment information. If you still are employed, or if they can find out where you are employed, they will more than likely take you to court. Which you will have to pay for their court costs. After they get a judgment in court, they can fill out some paperwork and attach your wages. And trust me your employer will garnish your wages or they are legally responsible to pay the judgment amount!

Note: Call the company and make arrangements to pay, it will cost you less money and will not hinder your credit as bad as a judgment or a collection!
Reply:Collection tactics for payday loans can be very aggressive. A default on a payday loan involves a worthless check, and some state credit laws allow for triple damages when a bad check is used in a retail transaction. Lenders may also require customers to sign an “Assignment of Salary and Wages” authorizing them to go directly to the borrower’s employer to ask for the amount owed to be deducted from the borrower’s paycheck and paid to the lender.
Reply:no name---had the right answer...nothing, I have about 20 of them that were never paid, not by choice but I'm still experiencing hardship and it's been like 3,4 ,5 years. I hear that those places are boarderline illegal because you are not supposed to give anyone a post dated check, so on there part it was never acceptable, and I also hear that their interest rate is past legal limits for them to file lawsuit against you. I wouldn't worry and pay what you can.
Reply:There's probably gonna be some scar tissue!
